Bingerlily Orders Time Frame

Time Frame = Confirmation + Processing + Shipping

1. Confirmation（Confirm on the day）

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after confirming. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

2. Processing

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

3. Shipping

Free STANDARD Shipping on orders $65+ with 4PX / YunExpress. Normally it would take 12-15 business days. Please be patient. 

For EXPEDITED Shipping, we would use 4PX Expedited / YunExpress Expedited / FedEx / DHL to ship your order. Normally it would take 7-9 business days.

Please do not to use the PO BOX address when place orders, because it will extend the shipping time.

2. What Shipping Methods Do You Use? 

We use 4PX / YunExpress / FedEx / DHL for shipping service on our website.

• If you choose STANDARD shipping, we would use 4PX / YunExpress to ship your order.
• If you choose EXPEDITED shipping, we would use 4PX Expedited / YunExpress Expedited / FedEx / DHL to ship your order.
• If you use a PO BOX address, we would use 4PX Postal to ship your order, which would extend the shipping time.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days after order delivery. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

To return your product, Please send us an email with your name & order number. We would solve your shipping issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return Shipping Fee may be expensive as you need to send the items back to China. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bingerlily@gmail.com.

Compensation Time-Frame

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1-3 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 3-5 business days

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
